We've had this refridgerator for a couple of weeks, and so far it has been performing great. The amount of room inside the refrigerator is perfect for 2 to 4 people. The fridge runs quietly although you can hear the ice dropping. The black stainless is a beautiful color. The only bad thing about the refridgerator is that the plastic that is was wrapped in is very difficult to remove.

I love this fridge. The black stainless is not quite as dark as I thought it would be but I love it. The inside is huge. I love the water and ice dispenser, and the additional door which you can control the temp depending on what you put inside. Every so often I hear the motor but it's pretty quiet . Overall very happy with the quality and price of the fridge- replacing a 19 year old Frigidaire so lets hope this one lasts as long.

I replaced this French Door refrigerator because I had a 17 year old Frigidaire Side by Side. (Which I hated since the day I bought it). It™€™s still going strong. Just no room in it. I got a great deal on this one & though it was a good time to replace the old one since it takes so long to get a new. Love the French Doors so much room & the freezer on bottom makes so much sense. I sure hope this one last at long as the side by side.

I like my frigidaire. Especially since the ice cubes coming from the icemaker in the freezer are smaller and not the half moon shape. The only thing I didn't realize is the noise from the fridge. Just appears a little louder than I anticipated. But I still like my fridge!!!

I love the look of this fridge and it feels higher-end. The external water dispenser and ice maker work great. We don't really use the secondary ice maker in the freezer, but it would be great for throwing parties if you need a lot of ice. It's quiet and it beeps if you leave the fridge door open too long. The only issue is that the french doors don't perfectly line up; you're able to adjust the height of the one door, but ours wouldn't go quite high enough. It doesn't look too bad, but it's noticeable.

The black stainless blends BEAUTIFULLY with the other standard black appliances! if you currently have black appliances, feel free to try the beauty of black stainless! it is quite a bit lighter, but matches well! the inside of this fridge is super roomy and with the top/back and side lights, there are no blind or dark spots anywhere! the dual ice makers are awesome, especially comparing to other french door options where it can only make and store 3 lbs per day! we are super excited about our purchase!

Purchased 11/18/22 stopped working 6/25™€¦.still broken!

I have received terrible service from this company after purchasing an entire appliance package from our local appliance store in RI. It stopped working in June correctly and by 1 st week in July stopped working all together. Freezer completely warm and fridge will only get as cool as 56 degrees, but yet the ice maker in door still makes ice! 4 repair companies assigned 8 service calls scheduled. Some techs showed up and really tried others stayed 10 min and left if they showed at all. Each one saying it™€™s a different part or issue and order parts and ™€¦ didn™€™t correct anything. But after 4 months 8 missed days of work and many hours on the phone I™€™m still sitting with this broken fridge and all I get when I call your customer service is unhelpful and sometimes rude reps. This is unacceptable and your company should stand behind its products and fix my fridge or give me a replacement! I shouldn™€™t be on month 4 with no refrigerator!

Works great. Plenty of room. Only (small) complaint is a high pitched whine when it is running. Not really loud, but noticeable. Overall, happy with it. Replaced an LG we had plenty of trouble with. Never buy an LG fridge.

This fridge is roomy. It is also very quiet. The water dispenser design leaves something to be desired... aligning a bottled-water bottle beneath the dispenser with accuracy while depressing the dispenser switch and maintaining alignment is difficult.

We like most things about this fridge, with a couple quibbles. The dispenser takes a little getting used to, as it tends to throw ice around if you don't hold your cup high enough, but that's just the learning curve. The freezer is a touch smaller than we expected, especially with the second icemaker, but we are OK with it overall. The doors have good storage, if a bit uneven shaped/sized, but there are places for your small bottles due to that. Milk keeps cold in the door, and the crisper drawers do a good job in keeping things fresh. The wide drawer is nice and can be adjusted for different temperatures, but the basic setting is cold enough for us. The doors don't open as far as some brands, and the crisper drawer travel is limited somewhat, so it is sometimes hard to get stuff from the back of the drawers. We do like the shelves and the icemaker has good capacity. The doors close well and seem solid. The water filter is not as common as some models/brands, but they are available if you look a bit, and it is larger so it lasts six months. I think the preservation packets in the crisper drawers do help to keep fruit fresher. In general, we are satisfied with our purchase.

We've had our Frigidaire for about a month now, and so far it is just what I had hoped--spacious and has two ice makers (can get ice through the door and it has an ice maker in the bottom freezer). I like the fact that the door still has a decent amount of storage even though it has the water/ice dispenser and that the long narrow drawer will open even though the doors aren't opened beyond 90 degrees. We got the black stainless option, and it matches my other appliances perfectly! We're very happy with our purchase!

Awesome refrigerator. Was pleasantly surprised at the organization of the shelves in this refrigerator and how much more stuff it holds than my old one. The way the shelves in the doors are arranged is a big bonus. Lots of condiments can go in those spaces which leaves more room for regular food on the shelves. This makes a big difference. Also like the ice makers and the size of both of them. It allows for more ice to be stored and less likely to run out when you have big crowds. Overall this refrigerator has some of the best features I have seen. Very happy

It was a total surprise to find that this frig has TWO ice makers. I thought the catch in the lower freezer was for overflow ice, but no! It's it's own ice maker. Love that for parties. Finish is lovely and easy to keep that way, unlike stainful steel. It has made a couple of interesting noises but we're chalking that up to brand new and settling in. Called the service ppl, who were great also, but there's nothing to be found.

Paint issues exterior and interior

We waited over 6 weeks for delivery. The Lowe™€™s delivery guys were in a hurry and when they removed the protective plastic it left a thin layer under the paneling and we can not remove it. After looking over further several overspray of silver paint in the interior shelves along with missing paint on top of freezer door. I was very disappointed to receive a $2k unit in such condition. It is not as quiet as my previous unit, but if you like Ice this unit has a top ice bin and a large one in the freezer. I went from a 4door French style to a 3door. I am still adjusting to not having that 4th door. All working as should. We also had one fridge bin cracked. I called customer service and reported all. We received a 40% coupon for a future purchase. An apology, and we received the replacement bin on Monday Oct 16. Just disappointed on quality

Like the french doors, water dispenser and ice cubes/crushed.Also like the freezer.The black stainless finish seems to come off.

Inaccurate Description

I purchased this refrigerator through Home Depot. Thinking it was going to be black stainless steel on the sides as well. Huge disappointment!!! The sides are black and textured. No where in the online description did I see black sides. It just said finish was smudge proof stainless steel. Waste of money because the product is non-returnable. If I would have known this I NEVER would have purchased it.

Love this fridge!

Since purchasing this refrigerator, I have had no problems whatsoever. It works great, the icemaker and water dispenser work perfectly, and fridge temperature has remained stable. The only thing that could be better is if the ice and water controls on the front of the fridge were lit up.

The fridge works wonderfully. The lights are very bright which I appreciate. The crispers extend the freshness of my fruits and vegetables. I love the setting options. The automatic light with the water/ ice dispenser is very convenient. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

We chose the Frigidaire to replace the Samsung french door we had for 8 years. We had lot of issues with the Samsung and decided to go with the Frigidaire Gallery. We are very pleased with our decision and love this refrigerator. The two Ice makers are awesome and you won't run out of ice. Hopefully we'll have a lot less issues with the Frigidaire for years to come.

We absolutely love our new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. We chose it because of the dependability of Frigidaire products but also love the sleek color and style and the interior is amazing. It is so bright and roomy I never have an issue finding what I need. Also love the smaller ice cubes that it makes. Love the two ice makers also. Highly recommend!!!
